1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • You report the issue within 3 days of delivery

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)

  • Health and hygiene products (e.g., undergarments, opened cosmetics)

  • Customized or made-to-order products

2. Return Process

  • Contact our support team via phone, Facebook page, or email within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Provide photos/videos as proof if the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after payment

  • Order was canceled before shipment

  • Valid return has been received and approved

Refund Method:
Refunds are processed via bKash/Nagad/bank transfer within 7–10 working days after approval.

4. Replacement Policy

If you received a wrong or faulty item, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost once your return is verified.

5. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery (if eligible).
