1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product
You report the issue within 3 days of delivery
The product is unused and in its original packaging
Non-returnable items:
Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
Health and hygiene products (e.g., undergarments, opened cosmetics)
Customized or made-to-order products
2. Return Process
Contact our support team via phone, Facebook page, or email within 3 days of receiving the product.
Provide photos/videos as proof if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once verified, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed in the following cases:
Product is out of stock after payment
Order was canceled before shipment
Valid return has been received and approved
Refund Method:
Refunds are processed via bKash/Nagad/bank transfer within 7–10 working days after approval.
4. Replacement Policy
If you received a wrong or faulty item, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost once your return is verified.
5. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery (if eligible).
